At ThemeLamp, we aim to provide affordable access to premium WordPress themes. Due to the digital nature of our products, our refund policy is outlined below.

Single Product Purchases

For single product purchases, we do not offer refunds due to the low pricing of our products.

If you experience any issues, we will:

  • Assist with installation or activation problems
  • Attempt to resolve technical issues
  • Provide a replacement file if necessary


Our team will make every reasonable effort to ensure the product works as intended.

Membership Purchases

Membership refunds may be requested within 3 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • No more than 3 products have been downloaded
  • Refund requests are made within 3 days of purchase
  • The downloaded products are confirmed to be not working


If more than 3 products have been downloaded, or if the request is made after 3 days, the refund will not be approved.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided if:

  1. You changed your mind
  2. You subscribed by mistake
  3. You are requesting a goodwill refund
  4. You lack the technical ability to use the product
  5. The item is no longer available on our website
  6. You are in violation of our fair use or fair play policy

Before Requesting a Refund

We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team before opening a payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct assistance.

Opening a chargeback without contacting support may result in permanent account suspension.
